Data Processing Agreement
PDPA-aligned DPA between iPrego Pte. Ltd. and customers using Vouus.
1. Introduction
This Data Processing Agreement ("Agreement") forms part of the Terms of Service between iPrego Pte. Ltd. ("Processor") and the customer ("Controller").
It governs the processing of personal data when the Controller uses the platform.
2. Scope and roles
The Controller determines the purposes and means of processing personal data uploaded to the platform.
The Processor processes personal data solely on documented instructions from the Controller and in accordance with applicable data protection laws including Singapore PDPA.
3. Security measures
The Processor implements appropriate technical and organizational measures including encryption in transit, access controls, audit logging, and incident response procedures.
4. Subprocessors
The Processor may engage subprocessors for infrastructure and operational services. A current list is available on request and subprocessors are bound by equivalent data protection obligations.
5. Data subject requests
The Processor will assist the Controller in responding to data subject access, correction, and deletion requests where applicable under PDPA.
