Responsible use policy

1. Introduction

This policy describes how iPrego Pte. Ltd. designs and operates assisted and automated capabilities in the Vouus platform with transparency, accountability, and data protection.

2. Purpose within the Vouus platform

Assisted capabilities support productivity — financial insights, transaction classification, workforce analytics, pipeline analysis, workflow recommendations, and forecasting.

These functions assist decision-making; they do not replace human oversight.

3. Human oversight

Users remain responsible for reviewing financial decisions, HR actions, workflows, and automated recommendations.

4. Data protection and privacy

Customer data remains under customer ownership, is processed only for platform functionality, and follows Singapore PDPA. Customer data is not used to train shared foundation models without explicit consent.

5. Transparency

Users are informed when insights, recommendations, or automated workflows are machine-assisted.

6. Fairness and responsible use

Do not use automated suggestions for unfair treatment or discrimination. Organizations must comply with applicable laws.

7. Security

Assisted features are protected by access controls, secure infrastructure, monitoring, and unauthorized-access safeguards.

8. Continuous improvement

Capabilities may improve through product updates, performance monitoring, and user feedback.

9. Limitations

Outputs may be inaccurate; predictions may not reflect outcomes; recommendations require contextual interpretation and human judgment.

10. Reporting concerns

Report incorrect outputs, unexpected behavior, or potential misuse to iPrego Pte. Ltd. for review.

11. Updates to this policy

This policy may be updated periodically; the latest version is published on the Vouus website.
